We customize every order to make our wallpaper fit your wall perfectly. We print per order. Therefore delivery time may vary from 7-21 days depending on the available printing capacity and shipping company. Once your order is prepared you will receive a track and trace link from us.
Shipping costs
We apply flat rate to deliver within different regions, meaning that your delivery costs wont depend on the size of your order.
Netherlands: free sample- 6 euros; final order- 6.75
EU: free sample- 7 euros; final order- 16 euros
USA: free sample – 10 euros; final order -30 euros
Russia: 600 рублей, пожалуйста напишите нам и мы переведем вас на российское подразделение.
Returns
We customize our designs specifically for you, therefore we only accept returns in case we ship you a wrong order or your order was damaged during shipment. Please make sure you keep wallpaper unrolled in the original packaging. In case of damaged goods, please make pictures upon receiving. Please make sure to submit your complaint within 14 days after receiving of your goods.

Please note: we don’t accept any claims on the products which were damaged during application.
Be aware that color might look different on the screen and on an actual wallpaper. We only accept returns in case of clear printing error or mismatch of the image for more than 3 mm. Please contact our customer service service@7wonders-behang.nl to submit your claim. You can order free color sample!
